Daniel Rudolph 

​

Daniel is a journeyman. After growing up in Utica, New York, and studying to become a teacher he joined the Peace Corps and went to live in a village in Thailand. Through immersing himself in another culture he was able to take a bird's-eye-view of himself, and the culture that he was a part of. This deep reflection enabled increased self-awareness and perception. This deep experience led him to explore other international opportunities and ended in spending 10 years abroad (rural Thailand, Beijing, rural India, Europe).

 

During this time Daniel became very curious about many things and dedicated himself to self-directed learning. Through apprenticeship and lived experience Dan has set himself on a path of lifelong learning.

 

Key learning experiences include ordaining as a Monk in Thailand, learning Tai Qi with a Master in China, working with anxiety/depression/addictions, learning Yoga with a Master in India, studying Systems Thinking with Fritjof Capra, spending time in places where he did not speak the same language as anyone, Falling in Love ...

He works with children of all ages and adults. 

Juggling

​

  • Dan does a variety of different juggling props, including: devil sticks, juggling balls, and clubs. He is as much a learner as he is a facilitator.

  • Juggling workshops can be customized for all purposes and learners. Examples include; juggling for trauma, juggling for athletes, basics of juggling for all ages. Learning how to design, direct and effectively practice on your own is at the core of all of the workshops.

Meditation

​

  • Dan spent time as a monk in a temple in Thailand where he experientially, and with guidance from other monks, developed a deep understanding of meditation.

  • Offerings include introduction to breathing techniques, guided meditations and support/mentorship.

 

Sustainable Exercise 

​

  • Dan does a variety of different sustainable exercises from dynamic morning routines to Qi Gong and Yoga.

  • Workshops/support can be customized to various interests and abilities

​

Clowning

​

  • Workshops offer participants opportunities to be present, playful and spontaneous. Great for developing self-awareness and connecting with others.
